Import Export Code (IEC) is a 10-digit code issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It is mandatory for businesses engaged in import or export of goods and services to obtain an IEC.
To obtain an IEC, you can follow these steps:
Visit the DGFT website
Download and fill the IEC application form (ANF 2A)
Attach necessary documents such as PAN card, Address proof, Bank certificate and bill of entry or shipping bill

Pay the applicable fee
